Catering

Our Catering course is a fully certified section with the Tourism/Hospitality course

The course covers a broad spectrum and gives the trainees a taste of working in a kitchen and pursuing it as a career. HACCP (Food Safety) training is also run as part of the course.

The Catering course has produced plenty of success stories with former trainees progressing in a variety of jobs within the catering sector.
